You can reach the main Preferences Window a number of ways. The first way is to click on the main File menu, then click on "Preferences". The next way would be to right-click on the webDOM Task Tray Icon and under the "Show" sub-menu, select "Preferences". The final way is to click on the "Proxies" button in the main toolbar and that opens up the Proxies menu in the preferences window.
