Yes, webDOMinator has build in proxy changing support which allows you to load in a list of proxies (one server:port per line) and then change between them either manually or built-in to your plugins.
To load up a proxy list, just go to the File Menu, then to Preferences. In the preferences screen, click "Enable Proxy" and then load up a proxy list in the "Proxy List File" section.
There is also another way around this. webDOM has built -in account switching support now as of the newest public release. In account switching, you can also assign a proxy to an account, and webDOM will automatically switch the proxy when you select that account from the drop down. To get to the account manager in webDOM premium, change to "Advanced View" and then click the "..." button to the right of the Username in the "Login" section up top.
