webDOM is telling me that it cannot connect to any page I try to go to, what's wrong?

Answer

If you go to File->Preferences in your top menu in webDOM, you will see the Proxy settings section, make sure nothing is entered in your proxy port and server, and the enable checkbox is UNchecked. Many times if you have this problem it's because you are trying to connect through a non-working proxy.
