Gathers information to the webDOM table specified by tablehandle. If the table is synchronized with a DOM table, the data will be pulled directly from the currently loaded DOM table and will be appended to the current table information (if any). If the table is not synchronized, but uses gather settings for the columns, this command will add a new row to the table with the gathered information for each of the columns in that new row. If other-dom-id is used, then webDOM will gather the table info from the specified DOM element.
